Shipping policy
Given the long and meticulous process of creating our works and other miscellaneous products, all orders will be shipped within 10 working days when they are not available in stock. This delay gives us time to make your items with meticulousness and love.
We do business with a delivery broker so we can provide you the fastest delivery times on the market. Several delivery options and times are available, the costs vary depending on your location and the option selected. For orders delivered within Canada, the average regular delivery times are 5 to 7 days .
Any deliveries exceeding these times are beyond our control. Therefore we are not responsible. In such an event, we advise you to contact the delivery company with the tracking number provided.
Return and exchange policy
Your satisfaction is our greatest motivation! We know how frustrating it is to impatiently wait for your package and receive it damaged. All items are carefully packaged and protected against the elements, and all this in recycled and / or biodegradable packaging!
In the event that your package arrives damaged, under proof of pictures, we undertake to return the same items to you as soon as possible or to fully reimburse you, according to your choice.

Certain conditions apply. For artcraft, everything is done individually by hand, therefore, they will slightly differ from each other. Be assured, we do our best to offer you items that are as faithful as possible to the images displayed.
Payment methods
We accept payments by credit card, debit card, interac transfers as well as 4 equal payments without interest over 6 months .
